I’m shocked at my new strength gains each and every week! I gained a total of 11 lbs in muscle while staying lean so I don’t look bulky at all. In fact, this is the best I’ve ever looked or felt and I’m 46! My bench press has been tweaked and cued weekly until I am able to execute this lift with more weight than I imagined. My deadlift has improved to the point that I can lift just about two and a half times my own body weight – for reps and my goal by year end of deadlifting 300 lbs was realized in mid November.

My biggest concern was risking another attempt to find something sound. Would it be a legit design for performance and function or just another meathead bulk-up show off sesh. Focusing on shoulder stability helped me improve my handstand push-ups a LOT; this is the first year I was able to perform that skill in the CrossFit open. I have a patellar tracking issue in my left knee which has greatly improved pain-wise with all of the single-leg strength and squat variations (vs. always just doing heavy back squats). My double-unders have also improved. I think all the calf exercises (which I don’t normally do) have had a ”wax-on, wax-off” effect on my jumping.

Absolutely. We’re going to unlock your potential. So you’re encouraged to continue doing these activities. You’ll quickly see how your performance in the gym improves how you look, feel, and perform outside the gym.
You need to be able to train AT LEAST 3x per week but you can train up to 7 days per week. I will personalize your weekly schedule based on your availability, schedule and goals.
If you don’t enroll now, you’ll have to wait AT LEAST 6 months to join. The price WILL increase. But when you join today, you’ll be “grandfathered” in at this current rate. This means your rates will never increase — even though we increase prices every time P4 re-opens to the public.
Your program will be individually designed to use the equipment that you have access to at your specific facility, home gym or fitness setup. If you travel and this changes, I’ll be there to give you modifications and alternatives.
