Focusing on shoulder stability helped me improve my handstand push-ups a LOT; this is the first year I was able to perform that skill in the CrossFit open. I have a patellar tracking issue in my left knee which has greatly improved pain-wise with all of the single-leg strength and squat variations (vs. always just doing heavy back squats). My double-unders have also improved. I think all the calf exercises (which I don’t normally do) have had a ”wax-on, wax-off” effect on my jumping.
